Izzy La Plante apprenticed to Bert Rodriguez of Santa Rosa Tattoo in the late 90's and owned and operated Izzy's Yreka Tattoo in California for several years. A native of California, Izzy runs the annual Tattoos and Blues Convention in Santa Rosa,last weekend in February.
